I am currently working on imaginary and virtual numbers to bridge the gap between real and complex numbers in order to translate between numbering systems. I have no idea if this is a new idea or not. If anyone has come across anything remotely similar can they PM me the info. This may ultimately be useful in quantum gravity research if I can get it to work.

I now have either an 8 or 11 dimensional system to consider. The 11 dimensional world of string theory or an 8 dimensional world of twistor theory. I believe that 3 of the dimensions can be removed. If not then I may be able to link twistor theory with string theory but this is extremely difficult. I may be some time.

This system of mathematics produces both reflective and scaled geometries. The scaling up of geometry translates the microscopic scale to the macroscopic.
