Title: Which foods are actually good for you?

It looks like more reasons to like dark chocolate:

Anyway, it seems that more and more anecdotal "good foods" are panning
out. Would be nice to see a show where you debunk some and showcase some actual ones.

Any food is good. Anything else is called "poison".  Some stuff contains bits of both.
