Let's face it, if you live in a place with a name like that, you are bound to have fun poked at you. You might as well join in, 'cause its always going to be the case. These two have seen the funny side and brought a little extra levity to their predicament.
My local council seems to have done away with the road sign which used to be in Foots Cray. One road leading into the other off North Cray Rd. The sign read 'Bunkers Hill leading to Cocksure Lane', just a short distance away from the village of Pratt's Bottom. Spoilsports.
Fingringhoe, near Colchester in Essex can boast a Butt Hole Road. Should they consider twinning with Paris, where visitors can stay at the Plug Inn Hostel?
Perhaps one of the worst, is just to the north of the Blackwall tunnel, I kid you not, Bow Locks. It would be a fine idea if Bow, with its Locks, were to twin with Tallinn in Estonia, where you can visit the museum

Ohh, what did I do?
I did have friends once who lived on "Hooker Street" in Portland, Oregon.
