Here are things that I know (Everything may not be true) and questions for what I want to know, if there are other thing that I need to know than feel free to write about them as well.
What I know:
1. Big bang started from a singularity.
2. Time and space was created after big bang.
3. Universe is still expanding and it might start to contract or might expand for ever.
4. Matter is a compact form of energy because small amount of mass of a matter can give enormous amount of energy (E=mc^2).
What I want to know:
1. If there are other parallel universes than were they all created from the same big bang or were there different big bang for different universe?
2. How can different dimensions (space and time) be created from a single point?
3. Isn’t there a single source of all energy like the common source that we are searching for all the different forces (unified field theory)?
4. Energy doesn’t occupy space or has mass because it is not matter but it can be turned into matter (again E=mc^2) so can the singularity before big bang was all energy? So it is literally everything was created from nothing.

This is a very complex question and it is difficult to give a simple answer.
Firstly the concept of a mathematical singularity is just a way of saying we really dont know what happens. It is reasonably clear that our visible universe originated in a very hot and dense condition and has expanded but precisely how hot and dense is just not known and The infinities of a singularity just don't make physical sense.
The concept of dimensions may include extra curled up spatial dimensions but the concept of two ibjects orbiting each other in conventional space time could also involve extra dimensions or properties not apparant if all you could see was the composite body. atoms are composite bodies and have complex properties based on their structure but are generally considered as single entities in chemistry lower levels in the structure could be similar and this may be nested many times.
The problem of parallel univeres is such that we may never know.
My personal feeling is that black holes in our universe have a lot to do with it they cam be considered as seperate universes in the sense that they have a very long life unless they are very small and inside you would be unawate of their boundaries and they create while they are collapsing the sout of conditions that we can see in the first nanoseconds of our own universe.
What might happen is that everyhing just collapses and whips through the middle misses each othe and expands on the other side.
Lee Smolin suggests and I tend to aggree that the laws of physics may have evolved to create the maximum number of black holes ie the maximum number of universes.

About the parallel universe question:
1. The late Carl Sagan in his book "Cosmos" spoke about the possibility of multiveres all having occurred from separate Big Bangs and all existing at varying distances from one another. There is also speculation concerning what might happen if one of these universes collides with another. Some have postulated that such a collision in itself might be the produces of a Big Bang or small Bang crating a satellite universe as it were. The speculations themselves, of course take the liberty of redefining what the word universe itself is supposed to mean-everything.
The term "parallel universe" implies close proximity or similarity. That can be misleading. In the multiverse models some universes will inevitably be close to ours. But the vast majority would not. It''s comparable to a sea of sud-bubbles where some bubble are adjacent to others. If indeed this hypothetical scenario were true, then those far off universes would be forever beyond our reach. That of course is assuming that we would be able to survive in these other universes where the laws of nature might operate a bit differently. For example,a universe where antimatter predominates would be lethal to us as our universe would be to anyone from there.
BTW
I say all this as a believer in a creator and not from an atheistic point of view.
