Put an iPhone or any recording device inside a vehicle travelling at the speed of sound. Play a Beatles song loud from a pair of big speakers. When the vehicle goes beyond the speakers, the iphone will record always the same note? If the engine is too loud, probably the recording would be impossible, but if the vehicle is travelling silently maybe it can work. Has it ever been done?
