URS is an Indian company that does large-scale construction work including power stations.

No doubt other construction companies also do similar work in India (NS is not into advertising).
- Governments (or power companies) wishing to build a power station will select a suitable construction contractor, usually through some form of tendering process.
- The tenderers indicate what they will do, and at what price.
- The government (or power company) selects the contractor which it believes is most likely to succeed at the task, for the lowest overall cost

upsldc
"upsldc" = "Uttar Pradesh State Load Despatch Center" (as it says in the graphic banner).

This is where the load despatchers balance the instantaneous electrical load (which varies on a second-by-second basis) with the generation capacity and spinning reserves*.

The tables show the current demand, the planned and actual capacity of a number of generators, in different categories.
- The abbreviations are not very clear - after all, this information is intended to be read by people in Uttar Pradesh, who are already in the power industry, not people on the other side of the world..
- MW is MegaWatts
- UP is Uttar Pradesh
- Could IPP be an adjacent state from whom UP is buying power?

*Spinning reserves are needed in case a fault causes a generator to suddenly go offline. Some of the grid-scale battery installations are designed to step in rapidly in case of a fault and maintain the network for a few minutes while fast-response generators come on line (like hydropower and gas turbines).
