Title: Oil delivered in winter

2 million homes use oil for heating in the UK
Deliveries in winter go through the flow meter.
This question is?.....
If oil obeys the expansion laws, does one get more heating value oil on a winter delivery for sat 1000 litres
And less when delivered in summer? For 1000 litres.
