What do you mean? can we turn oil, into wood fibres?

You might be able to convert plastics into books, or similar pre-printed materials.
Things like wallpaper, poster boards, etc, can also be made from plastics.

However, as mentioned above, you can't suddenly change the petroleum based plastic into natural biodegradable wood fibers.
