There are ways to be tired without physical activity.  Certainly when I was doing my MSc I found that I could be completely exhausted after an intesive day of seminars, despite the fact that I had done very little movement.  I wonder if that's what he means - maintaining sustained concentration for long periods can be really very draining.

Rock music makes your heart beat faster right? So if you listened to it a lot will that not be a bit like exercising and therefore makes you tired?
