It is good that you can rationalize the feelings you have with the observed facts that "nobody is around". That shows that you have this under control.

For some people, this feeling becomes so strong that it reaches the point of disability; if it becomes a struggle, talk to a counselor.

"Ideas of Reference (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ideas_of_reference_and_delusions_of_reference#Examples)" is a common symptom of certain drugs (eg methamphetamine) and some psychological conditions (eg schizophrenia).

If you want some comedy relief from this condition, watch The Truman Show (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Truman_Show_delusion).

Does this happen only in a particular place? Sometimes areas can focus ambient sources of infrasound in such a way that it has noticeable psychological effects on people.

Sometimes I feel that way, maybe because I'm thinking too much or maybe I'm just paranoid sometimes or scared of something else that I cannot describe.
