As for why no one has reached the edge of the earth, the size of the oceans interlinked with once again gravity is the cause. Distance is a energon measure largley affected by the suns energons making travel easier so seem short distances , where as at the huge outside seas as they are less efected by the energons from the sun as they are further away, these distances are far harder to travel, the only way to actually measure distances would be with a rope, and convieniently this has never been done! The huge outside seas coupled with the lack of energons from the sun mean powered crafts amd man is always drawn away from it and take the path of less resistance to the energons of the sun.
Relativity has been invented to fit the theory of curved earth, whilst correct in some aspects it has a number of flaws that do not marry to observations. Whilst the space is supposedly strait our observations of the sun do not become affected by this relativity, that is unless it is a double concave shape, which is just insanity !

Anyway, try taking a similar picture, but rather than deliberately distorting it with a fish-eye lens, use a pinhole camera.
It's amazing how much better things work when you don't choose to lie about them.

Just for funA lunar eclipse, which happens very frequently, does not give the shadowing of your picture, the normal shadow on the moon is caused by the dark side of what is undoubtably a spherical object. Also you can see the moon and its appearance is not affected by this "relativity".

What i meant to say was the glow of the moon is caused by the direct line of the energons from the sun passing through the planet and making the moon glow with a silvery apparance, as there is no way that the sun could be shining its light on the moon when eclipsed by the earth.
