Well.. a 4.3 billion pounds opening has fallen "well short of expectations.."

28,000 bags have been caught up... Currently in a temporary storing room.

How the hell are they gunna hand these all back??

Over 250 flights cancelled in 4 days.. Idiots eh [:P]

As for terminal 5 I think they should put up a sign saying "Welcome to England, home of the white elephant"

Cause you don't know what you will be given back... mystery bag or gift that someone els had...Have you ever done a white elephant gift exchange.. You exchange something you don't want for another gift someone else doesn't want..etc etc... at least here thats how we do it!

As for terminal 5 I gather the staff unions said they should start gradually rather than with a big bang. The managers didn't listen.

Start with just 1 plane a day. It already took years and this way it will take them perhaps as long again to regain the reputation they lost.
