Yes I normally do nothing in POIS. I once went on day 1 of POIS to the gym. And I sneezed a lot, my eyes get red. I told his too my physiotherapist. She said that this is only in the first minutes. Afterwards the immune systems slows down. I think I do some exercise on my hometrainer when in POIS. She said you can sport a little bit less intensive when you are sick. I used to be afraid because I read that when you have the flu and you sport you can have an hart attack. But she said that this not the case with the pseudo flu. Only if you have heavy flu.
I was thinking back to when I got POIS.... It was just after I turned 14. Before that I do not remember problems with orgasm. (I could achieve orgasm at about 13).I fainted in an airport and hit my head really hard on the floor.... and was unconscious for about 5 minutes.I really hope this did not trigger it. Has anyone else had similar accidents shortly before their POIS started?

My hangovers from drinking alcohol were WAY out of proportion to what I actually drank. Just a little booze could set me off for days, like POIS. I quit drinking completely 17 years ago.Same thing with jet lag. Days of torture!

I had a little buzz going on but nothing big, it wore off a couple hours after I stopped drinking, then about 3 in the morning I became very sick and was throwing up until the next evening. I actually would have been throwing up through the second evening, but i took a sleeping pill and passed out after nearly 24 hour of vomiting. If i don't have a bad liver, I don't how I could possibly become so sick unless i have a significant amount of some unknown toxin streaming through my arteries.
This morning, in POIS, I took 2 Benadryl and "forced sleep" and "forced rest"...next to testosterone, it's my 2nd best POIS-combat tool!Sometimes "simple" works! (Occam's Razor?)

(Occam's Razor?)I already use Xyzal (levocetirizin) on a daily basis. I take that in the morning. After I wake up there is always irritation in the nose. But maybe it's an idea to take the pill at night. Maybe that helps to sleep. I don't think that you can buy Benadryl over the counter in The Netherlands. But I will ask.
Mine started after a time of particularly heavy ecstasy usage @ age 19, 15 years ago. Eventually having an O felt began to feel like coming down off of ecstasy. The extremity has subsided, but I suffer many of the symptoms that others here share. Has anyone else had any experiences with drugs and POIS? Thanks. p
