Title: What are the best over-the-counter treatments for seasonal allergy symptoms?

Hey everyone I am new to this site and just wanted to say hi! I deal with horrible seasonal allergies and HATE every OTC and prescription anti histamine I've ever tried. They all leave me feeling drowsy and give me headaches, and I just want something that will help me deal with these allergies for good and not just mask the symptoms....Please help!!!! Any and all suggestions are welcome, thank you :)

Maybe try visit a different climate ...like Arizona the dry climate may help. Are you food alergic?

Cetirizine (Zirtek) is an excellent, non-drowsy anti-histamine and is available without prescription.
