I've heard people say anyone can make C4 with household products by boiling bleach or somthing.So is it possible to make C4 with household products?

You could always check ou Totse.com's section of explosives.
there is C4 and C1 there its under bad ideas, KA-FU*king boom!

i think you synthesise it from hexamine. As for making it with household products, it would depend on the definition of household. I do know that C4 is quite stable and under normal conditions needs a detonator to cause an explosion.

the explosive that is made from boiling bleach is potassium chloride not Compound 4
