Title: Besides the viewable body differences, male/female..what others are there?

For instance there  are:

breast/chest
genitals
voice
muscles
physical size
shape
hair
adams apple

Those are obvious!

So what other unknown differences are there?

Do men and women have the same amount of muscles..I would say NO...?
What about veins and arteries?

Are all the systems the sameor are there very distinct Little unseen differences?

They produce different hormones which is one of the reasons why they look different.
Women have lower bone mass which is partly why 80 percent of the population suffering from osteoporosis are women.
Women are less successful at quitting smoking than men.

If you care for my opinion:
Women wear strange socks.
A man has six items in his bathroom, a toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving cream, razor, a bar of soap and a towel. A women has 268. A man would not be able to identify most of these items.

Men carry a few personal items, women have a bottomless pit full of them, its called a handbag (US = purse).
