Why not promote wild life with gift cards? Birds to be set free w/microships? We could have gift cards to promote more wild berries for birds and gift cards to set wild birds free with a microchip that would be farmed for that sole purpose..

Why not just reach a consensus & modify the Laws & just Ban caging of Birds.

P.S. - They anyways belong in the Skies, not cages.

True That!
Having a stringent Law against Rape won't necessarily stop or mitigate it completely.

I can only Hope sometime in the far off future Humans would Stop treating other species as Products.
