The liver is an extremely important part of the body for a number of reasons. The liver produces bile, which breaks down fats in the small intestine. It also produces certain proteins for blood plasma.
Agree. This is factual.
The function of the liver is sometimes under-rated, as well as it's ability to help boost other areas of the body.
How do you mean it?
Getting the health benefits from a healthy liver doesn't have to be difficult. With the right combination of diet and supplements,
(Just don't drink alcohol so much and remember to eat fruit and vegetables and exercise and don't forget to sleep... This is the key to a healthy liver... Not your supplements. )
one can boost their liver, thus boosting their:
- Immune system??
There's many resources online on how to maintain a healthy liver,
but this blog article I found here is one of the best for explaining how to achieve a healthy liver.
/// Spam link removed ////
I'll rather go with that wikipedia one...
It goes over foods that boost your liver, what could be hurting your liver, and some supplements to get you started.
What's your thoughts? How do you keep a happy and functional liver?
Happy liver... ...is the one overflowing with dopamine and serotonin and who knows what else...
Weight loss can be lethal.
What are we?
It is stated that human cells is by the trillions, 10th to thousandth trillion cells!! each cell is alive and what is not being told, each cell has a mind of its own!!
DNA is the only "mind" that I know. Oh... and receptors, and so on.
That is why attacks on the body by bacteria, virus, etc. are being supressed/cured/defeated by human cells. It is called immune system. It works by itself, independent, but are interconnected to other cells.
Not entirely independent. Atoms from food.Trained of bacteria and viruses.
Here is another fact: the cells are composed of atoms, a thousand times and more smaller than the cells itself. And here is more astonishing fact.. an atom is 99.99% vacuum!!!
Cannot disagree. I heard, when somebody did delete the vacuum in ours body, we could fit inside a sugar cube.
The big question now, what or where are we, human being? since there is nothing but vacuum in the body.?
Wait. You are ignoring that 0.01%?
Here is proof that there exists something injected in the making of human body, not of matter, that mold the matter that make up what is called, human being…call it, Spirit.
