How can we prevent diseases spreading through vectors in areas of Britain?

They are two types of mosquitoes eggs carried on tyres of long-distance haulage. The Culex modestus infectious West Nile virus found north Kent marshes and Essex. Asian tiger acts carrier for diseases such as fatal dengue fever. How can we prevent diseases spreading in areas of Britain?
