do you agree with stephen hawkings concept of baby universes as he think that a black hole is a sort of channel to other universes.

No. Next question

I don't see why it is definitely untrue.  If there are any other universes and no universe can exist outside ours then you would think the only way they could exist would be to be inside ours.  Or something.

Also, do mind me for being new, but I am very much interested in how a Black Hole can possibly have an infinite density but not infinite gravity that would suck the whole Universe inside, not unlike someone pulling the plug out of a bath tub.

Why can't they exist outside of our own? Or why not ours existing within another? Surely, if it's possible for others to be inside ours then it follows that it must also be possible for ours to exist within another.
But here's something else for you to consider - if time for our universe started at the Big Bang, is it possible that another universe occupied exactly the same space as ours but before ours was created? Also, time goes looney tunes inside a black hole. So, could the black hole be not just a link to another universe but also to a spacetime before our universe began? Or even after it has ceased to be? Then again, if time really did start at the Big Bang, was there a "before" as such? Does that imply that there's a universal time that exists independently of any universe? [xx(] I need a drink!
