Hi Guys, I am 53 yrs old and have noticed that my memory is not as good as it used to be...my question is essentially "how do I improve my memory?" but as of a result of pondering this for some time now [I keep forgetting...ha ha ha] i am particularly keen to understand either the chemistry or mechanics of human memory...Can you help please?
Kind regards Marc
