Title: Is there an equivalent of a "magnet" for attracting plastic?

We all know that magnetism will attract certain materials, and we also know that it will attract some better than others... but does anyone know of a method for attracting plastic.

use songbird to play music, and the music will make you move, and the movement will create friction, an the friction will create energy, and the energy can be use to attract plastic.  [;D]
