Title: Alef Quintillion Superphysics?

Anyone know the hell that is? I can across it in a web search but there was no explanation [xx(]

Alef (Null) is a concept from Cantor's infinity work. A quintillion is a very large number, too. Probably some prat with too much spare time and noplace to go:
