According to Google, Fayetteville North Carolina has coordinates 35.0527° N, 78.8784° W.

So I guess the closest integer latitude & longitude would be 35° N, 79° W, ie due west of the town.

I notice Leningrad/Petrograd lies on a confluence was this accidental or a whim of Peter the Great
