How does electric diffusion defers from concentration diffusion?

How does electric diffusion defers from concentration diffusion?

Hello

If we have two ionic solutions of different concentration separated by a semipermeable membrane, there will be a flow through the membrane due to the concentration difference.

At the same time, that flow will create a charge difference between the solutions which will create an opposite flow through the membrane due to the electric charge difference.

How can these be calculated? Which is normally strongest? E.g. does it take a high concentration difference to overcome the diffusion due to a small electric charge difference or vice versa?
What is the ratio?
