No.
So. Howcome the day/few days after smoking cannabis, when they smoke a cigarette, do they get the feeling they get when they have taken the cannabis?
-
Another No.
Smoking cannabis regularly can cause heart and blood pressure problems, especially low BP in some.
If you have low BP and smoke a cigarette then its possible that the carbon monoxide and other stuff will make you feel light headed for a short period of time and is just the effect of cigarette smoke.

It is notoriously difficult to eliminate psychosomatic effects from anecdotes like these. The simple answer might be that they feel stoned because they have heard that they should.
-
what exactly IS a "heat particle"??
-
a particle of heat that is inhaled from a heat source like a lighter or a cigarette
-
heat is not a form of matter to my knowledge.
