So the other night I slept over at someones house and in the moment I think we did something and when I got home the next day, I kept thinking about it puzzled at how I would do something like that and how if I was in my right mind I wouldnt do it so I thought about it more and now I think it was all a dream but it felt really real. Whatever we did seemed sort of random and not like myself. That morning though it was as if nothing had happened. Im beginning to think it is a case of false memory syndrome or am I blowing this out of porportion and I just dont want to believe something happened.I really just want to forget about it but I cant let it go until I figure it out!

I really don't see what anyone can do to help you, apart from advising you to use a little more punctuation. It might make your post easier to understand.
So, you slept with somebody, maybe of the opposite sex, maybe not. 'Something', as you put it, happened, but you are not sure if it was real or dreamt.
Since I wasn't there to witness this event, or non event (as the case may be), I don't know what I can do to clear up the matter, other than suggest you ask your 'sleepover' mate.

Please to be telling us what the ' something ' was you did or did not do !..it might help !
For instance...if you felt you juggled three elephants I guess with some certainty we could say you did not do it !
Hope this helps
ps: welcome to the site ! [:)]

If there wasn't any reaction from your friend, then it seems more than likely to be a lucid dream.
