First off, congratulations for recognising that it's a hypothesis, and not calling it a theory.
I have not looked at it in any detail but it seems you are proposing that, in some cases, general relativity wouldn't calculate the right physical outcomes.
Given the precision to which GR has been tested, the obvious question is "if you are right, how come nobody noticed?"

Thanks for your kind reply. Yes it is certainly a hypothesis that introduces a new condition (being a more restrictive scenario), the proposal might be totally or partially incorrect.
The outcomes of an hypothetical pure special relativity scenario would not change taking into account the proposed hypothesis. What changes is the expected free fall velocity, but the discrepancy is an extremely small one considering gravitational fields like the corresponding to the solar system.
