The "beast" is a tank disguised as a limo used by the POTUS to avoid him being assassinated.

Funny, that. The Head of State in a civilised country avoids being assassinated by wearing his/her distinctive uniform, being polite to everyone, and not getting involved in politics. We've just witnessed the King of England  and his immediate family slow-marching a couple of miles through crowds of peasants, twice in a day, with no hint of danger. The military was out in force, not facing the crowd but saluting their past and future bosses. His mum once said "we have to be seen to be believed."

The head of any country in 'murica needs a bullet proof tank thanks to the 4th amendment much like any USA citizen, but in the UK the President could take the bus.

That's because facing the crowd is the police's job.

It takes more than 10,000 of them.

I'm baffled.
The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution (1789) prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures.
Can't see where the tank comes into it.
