Exist's a mono polarity particle that is attracted to other mono-polarity particles, these particles however instantaneous absorb radiation and then emit an opposite polarity field that stops total annihilation when joining other mono-particles.

You need to read up on left handed and right handed versions of particles. For instance a left handed electron has charge but a right handed one doesn't. A right handed electron can change to a left handed and visa versa. This is something a bit like what you stated with a slight adjustment here and there.

Doe's the act of measurement flip it a bit like a compass needle is affected if you move a magnetic force close to it?
