Just wanted to say hi as I'm new to the forum so be kind to me [;)]
You'll probably get tired of my lack of intelligence and what not but I'm like anyone else and I have my moments when I can shine, if only for a brief....... well.....moment [:o)]

That's good to hear, some people bruise easy, I'm lucky I'm not one of them.
I should have warned you also that I can go off into my own little world sometimes and then get a little carried away with what I'm saying, when at times I have no idea what I am actually saying. And yes..I know Bristol...have never been there (well..I've driven through it ) but know you're in the west country..oooaarrr !!
they have an excellent Drama school do they not ? Bristol Old Vic !!

I've heard good things about the Old Vic, but never been. I haven't really experienced the drama culture of Bristol really, I would like to. I was chatting to my housemate a couple of nights ago about wanting to go see an opera sometime. I really need to get out more, and cultured [;)]
Bristol is great though, especially a minute ago. Was just watching a horny pigeon trying to get it on Al Green style.

thayo, I love Bristol to bits, but I'm sure most people love their home towns as well. The great thing for me and my friends is that the music scene is so varied and offers a good night.....well, most of the time. Depends on how drunk I get [;)]
But there are plenty of opportunitites here [:)]

Been past Bristol many times, but never actually ventured into the city.
Some people I know who have spent time there say there can be some pretty rough areas of the city (the St. Paul's district I think was mentioned); although I suppose one can say that about many cities.

Yeah St Pauls is a well known area for drugs and sex. There have been a couple of shootings and stabbings, I guess that's why I got my job really easily. I work on the boarder of St Pauls.
Although St Pauls has become a bit better. Easton, I believe is taking over and becoming more notorious than St Pauls.
But as you said, same goes for other cities.

why? The memory you have got then should still be able to give you a sense of humane but i have to solidarize with you by praying you do right next time

Could be a number of reasons.
Drink could have been spiked.
Mixing of drinks.
The most likely is that I had way too much to drink. Good thing is that I wasn't sick, although my housemate woke me up because I passed out on the sofa while watching tv.
I'm not sure if I would like to remeber what happened that night. It's quite good fun not knowing, but also if I don't know then it never happened [;)]

Oh my Loretta! I read that article. It was scandalous (sp). I'm still blushing[:0]. Of course studmuffin really appreciated what I learned from reading it. I didn't realize newspapers were allowed to print all of those explicit details with pictures.
Now I must retire for the evening as my head isn't right either. I took a sleeping aid and its really kickin in now.
