good evening,

i've spent some time searching this, and so far learned it's apparently done through the Wiki tool, but i can't find any step-by-step instructions that are current. considering there's no way to delete Wiki pages, i'm hoping to get it right on the first shot.

any advice on how to add a top level tab thing would be greatly appreciated.
