BHs would tend to build up over time but/t I think that's just silly,A black hole is a product of general relativity (GR). If you accept GR, then 1) they do know what's inside, and 2) what's inside cannot have any effect on the outside (this has been proven, not just theorized), so it doesn't matter. If black holes mess up the cyclic model, then you need a model that includes a replacement for GR.

The only thing I said against your view is that it asserts both time being finite "The Universe is finite, in both time and space"and time being not finite "It's always been there and always will, be.". It can't be both, so you have to pick one.
If you don't want me pointing out contradictions, I can let the other do it. But this is a science forum. Peer review is an essential part of the scientific process.
