104° F (40° C) - That was the temperature here today without including the heat index. Right now at 10:24 PM it is 95° (35° C)
What are you suffering through?

It was around 80 F here today and is still about 75 here where I am and the mosquitos are swarming everywhere! I am polka dotted from all the bites and my ankles hurt from scratching the bites!They like my ankles!

Steady early 20C's here. The high for the year so far is 28C, forecasted to reach 30C+ at the beginning of next week.
Could be worse, JIm. You could be in Central Europe, India (120F), the Philippines or even Missouri where the roads are cracking up...literally!

Karen, I think you would unlikely to get a nice tender cut of lamb, more likely a scrag end of mutton!
BTW, its about 28oC today but with very light winds, it feels hotter than that.

Its been between 76 and 78 all day here very light breeze also feels warmewer then that here too!

Well I don't know exactly what temp it reached here on the London/Kent border yesterday, but it did result in a heck of a thunderstorm with hail stones the size of quail's eggs or marbles to the great unwashed........... Like me!
