Did ewe know that plastic bottles becomes clothes ?..I didn't !!

How do they do that ?...

Don't keep that info bottled up...!!...I won't be attired of your answers !! (LOL....sorry...humour is getting worse !!..but.....ewe luff it really !!....don't ya ?)

Yes indeedy we do!

I do believe a lot of synthetics are made from recycled plastics!

They make tons of things like this!

There are all types of plastic fabrics like PV fabrics and PC fabrics. Also exports table tops, shopping bags, table mats, caps and knitted garments.
Lots of sports wear and swim wear and others..
I believe it is combined with cottons as well as other fabrics.

This summer I saw, that here in Austria there were made bathing suits and bathing pants (for men & women) out of straws from Mc Donalds. Bc they wanted to quit the plastic straw production at Mc Donalds. But as this was only a limited edition I guess that not many people got the striped bathing wardrobe ;)

If plastics degrade to microplastics that corrupt biological processes,  fine plastics like thread degrade the quickest. I wonder how much microplastic discharge comes off a polyester t shirt per year ?

Loads. No pun intended. Very roughly a couple of hundred milligrams which is about a million microfibres per kg of washed clothes, and that's each wash.
