what will be the result of this reaction,

Mo(CO)₆+Ga⁺=

Wo(CO)₆+Ga⁺=

This reaction will take place in FIB, under ultra high Vacuum.

I am electronics guy, i dont know chemistry and i am working with FIB, i know that deposition will take place, but i want balanced equation. i want know how reaction will take place, and there effects.
