I think that 99% of plants only receive 50% daylight but the few that do get 100% are in the very far north not many plants in the south but then again the plants in the far north get 0% in the winter. Outside of this is sea plants and I would think that there is quite a lot of them that only receive a very small amount of sunlight and the plants that live in the deep ocean that survive of the heat of volcanic vents.
