A theoretical natural cancer treatment

This video covers the basics of the theory. Pause to read all information if the video moves too quickly. The background music is there as filler, no one speaks.

I'd appreciate any thoughts on the subject.
Right now we're looking for interested researchers, preferably Canadian for funding issues, but we're willing to share our results with anyone.

There seems to be a lot of information on the WWW about Dichloroacetate (DCA) and cancer.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dichloroacetic_acid

There apparently have been some clinical trials, as well as efforts to
improve the efficacy of the drug (abstract).
I would be reluctant to try the hyperbaric chamber suggested in the You-Tube clip. One of the current treatments for cancer is Endovascular embolization, designed to restrict blood flow to tumors. The hyperbaric chamber is doing just the opposite, and could potentially feed the tumor.
One of the other issues with cancer treatments is delivery of the drug to the cancer area, which would be impacted by circulation. The hyperbaric chamber would not improve drug delivery. If this is a problem, it could be modelled with radio-labeled drugs in an animal model. There have been methods tested to deliver larger doses of the drugs directly to the primary cancer region such as implanted tubes and pumps.
Perhaps DCA, or its derivatives will help in the treatment of metastatic cancers, and be used in conjunction with other treatments such as surgery to remove the primary tumor. And, thus there would be less of a concern of poor circulation to certain tumor cells.

While tumors do thrive in a blood rich environment, the same has not been shown to be true for a oxygen rich environments. No research has shown that hyperbaric chambers increase cancerous growth rates as the treatment only involves increasing dissolved gases in tissues, not regrowing blood vessels in hypoxic areas.
The issue regarding DCA delivery to cancerous tissue is pretty much a non-starter. Due to its relatively small size, DCA is readily absorbed through cell walls so over time it saturates the cells of the body. In small doses, it's completely non-toxic to healthy cells.
