Does anyone know what causes mouth/lip ulecrs? And exactly what are they? Thanks everybody.
-
In my experience it's generally when the lining of the mouth gets scratched or something. Bacteria get in and infect the cut. The ulcer is the battleground between the bugs and the immune system.
They can also be a symptom of scurvy and,I believe, they are more common in people under stress.
