is this a myth or is it true, do cows really sit down when it is about to rain or do they just sit down because they are tired?
Plz feel free to answer even if you dont know (give your thoughts)

It hasn't been proven (to my knowlege) but cows could due to sencing a change in air pressure that we dont therefor knowing its going to rain and posibly keeping a patch dry, just a theory.
Hope this helps ~sHiMmY

I think it is a myth.

I'd wager that some do.

The reason i asked is that on my way to Perth (UK) about a couple of mins before it started to rain some of the cows sat down.

They can look up at the sky and see if it is about to rain, just like we can. Except we can go indoors, and they can't sometimes, so they take a seat. [:)]
