Title: Why does cheese make you constipated?

It seems everytime I have some cheese I get constipated. So what's going on inside that it happens? Why doesn't other dairy like yougurt and milk and ice cream do this to people?

Have you ever been checked re lactose intolerance and allergy to mould spores?

but doesn't lactose intolerance result in the opposite type of bowel problem?

Well. I don't get consitpated that bad, but when I eat cheese I eat like alot of it ha.
