I have to say after discovering thenakedscientist podcast a few months ago and the forum rather recently its my favourite forum. Alot of well educated and interesting people on here talking about science. Love it guys and girls.

I will. I am somewhat of an insomniac. Not a real one with a problem but I just don't sleep like other people. lol. This will keep me occupied while I don't sleep.

I am attending Glasgow Caledonian University and I start my 2nd year in september. I am studying for a Hons/BSc in Microbology.
I'd say my favourite sections are General Science, Physics, Astronomy, Cosmology, Physiology & Medicine, Cells, Microbes & Viruses,Famous Scientists, Doctors and Inventors. lol I like it all.

Good for you, I am so glad you like the forum. I am not very good in those departments, but they do fascinate me as well as baffle me. Don't get me wrong, I am not stupid, but just never took an interest untill I was an adult!

I know what you mean....I am curious, which course of your studies was the worst for you to remember? I think mine was Philosophy. LOL I tried to forget it! LOL

I'm not sure which was the worst. I try to understand a subject because I think it makes you much more interested that just remembering, you get a better grip on it.

I lost my grip like a greasy spatula! I had post it cards stuck everywhere on mirrors, refrigerator, cassette tape playing in car...etc...I even slept with it going...geez, I couldn't ace it for nothing...physics too...same thing...
