but selling medical records as soon as they were computerized was a nice windfall ...
But not for the NHS...
"The NHS charged admin costs, but did not make a profit."
Encrypting NHS communications is an academic-point if they are going to supply information to third parties without patient's permission.

the military ... have a money tree
Indeed; and the NHS doesn't.
You now know why the NHS doesn't use encrypted fax machines.

No NHS money tree, but selling medical records as soon as they were computerized was a nice windfall ...

"Will the vaccine alter the receiver's DNA?"
No, but the virus might.

Coronaviruses don't incorporate themselves into the host's DNA in order to replicate.
(other viruses do)

- The fact that this reflected disk has some colored fringes is a result of refraction ...

The colour in lens-flare is due to anti-refection coatings on the surfaces of the lens elements ...

So that means it's due to interference, rather than refraction.

i checked and it fires electrons. a -ve breeze is emitted. here is a youtube demonstration

Your example of the ioniser clearing the cigarette-smoke from the glass,
is via attracting smoke particles, not a "breeze" blowing them away.

Ionisers attract particles suspended in the air: they become filthy as a result.

Ionizers can also generate ozone, which is particularly bad for the lungs.

Harassing a manatee is a federal crime and is punishable by a $50,000 (£37,000) fine and up to one year in prison.

Hopefully the perpetrators have made some self-incriminating video or photos.
