Plant Sciences, Zoology & Evolution / Can A Cuttlefish Act As A Video display ?
« on: 02/04/2022 15:58:37 »
Dearest Cuttlefishologists ,

Take a look at Henry:

Henry just Moments Ago

Henry wants to serve a purpose after he's "quit the earth" and wants to know if he can become a video display ?

With he's multifaceted skin adaptiveness and ability to mimic his surroundings do you think it's possible ?

I don't know.....I'm a sheep not a shark !!

Plant Sciences, Zoology & Evolution / Do Animals That Live In Caves Or The Bottom Of The Sea Follow A 24hr Lifecycle ?
« on: 17/09/2021 14:54:52 »
Dear Klevur peeps,

Some animals live in a cave all their life or others may live at the bottom of the sea never ever seeing sunlight.

Do they still follow a 24 hour cycle ? sleeping ? do they follow seasons ?

Physiology & Medicine / How Do Isolated Tribes Survive Inbreeding Birth Defects ?
« on: 09/09/2021 19:16:49 »
Dear Anthropologists,

Well, the kweschun is in the title !

After a few millennia, how do isolated tribes still survive ? Their cousin may also be their brother, aunt uncle nephew niece sister type thing eh  ?

Surely they'd all be eating grass and playing banjos by now !!

General Science / Will Ice Melt In A Completely Sealed Chamber ?
« on: 09/09/2021 19:07:42 »
Hi Icipeoples,

Say ewe had a box and ewe filled it with water then froze it then shaved off the surplus that had expanded then sealed the box so that every single side of the ice was airtight sealed and in contact with the sides of the box and then ewe seal the box and vacuumise it too !!

Would the ice melt ? Because water takes up less volume than Ice,......... if it were impossible for the volume to be reduced would this keep the ice frozen ? .........or would it just be fat water ?

What Do Ewe Think ?

New Theories / Does Free-Will Exist ? (Lightweight topic......... lol)
« on: 09/09/2021 17:24:24 »
Dear Will-ologists,

This morning 3am, I was listening to Talk Heathen podcast and the topic of free-will  and determinism came up.

I can't decide, I'd like to think that Free-Will does exist else what's the point ?

I asked wifey about Free-Will and she just said it was a good film !!! I did not pursue it !!

The Environment / Does Earth Lose Water ?
« on: 09/09/2021 17:15:00 »
Dear Earthologists,

As a sheepy I of course know all about earth, I know doggies like to roll around in it and that it's also where grass grows.  I mean, what else is there to know ? That covers it.

Here is The Earth, to scale 1-1.

The Earth true to scale 1-1 cos I said so.

Is Earthy losing water ? Does any of the water in the atmosphere leak into spacey-wacey ?

If so, how much and does it get replenished whenever the ISS people flush the loo ?

Physiology & Medicine / Do Identical Twins Have The Same Handwriting ?
« on: 09/09/2021 16:54:33 »
Dearest People With Degrees In Twinology,

Take a look at these identical twins,  they are identical in every single physical way as ewe can see.

Twins being identical in every conceivably physical way just moments ago.

Anyone here a twin ? triplet ? more so etc ?

Do Identical Twins Have the Same Handwriting ?

and if not..........why not ?

As a firm believer in empirical study I stood in front of a mirror and wrote some stuff. It was exactly the same but the other way around......so, it must be true eh ?

Plant Sciences, Zoology & Evolution / Where Are All The Interbred Birds ?
« on: 14/08/2021 13:00:47 »
Dearest Birdologists,

Take a look at Baaaaaambo !

Baaaaambo just moments ago !!

Baaaaaambo is the offspring between my cousin and an elephant, awwwwwww !!!

We often see cross breeds and mongrels of cats and dogs...but ewe never see two different birdies doing the deed and making a hybrid . I'd love to see the result between an Ostrich and a Robin for instance.

So, why do we never see interbred birdies ?

Physics, Astronomy & Cosmology / Quantum Entanglement Means Same-Moment Delivery Yes ? How ?
« on: 12/08/2021 15:24:56 »
Dear Watchers Of The Old TV Series Quantum Leap !

As a sheepy I of course deal with entanglement every day which I thought would stand me in good stead to understand this. I even fired up my old Amstrad CPC 464  in the hope it would help but three weeks in and it's still booting !!

Take a look at Boris and Nathan. There they are minding their own business happily being all quanty and stuff billions of light years apart.

Nathan and Boris Being All Quanty Just Moments Ago.

Apparently they can communicate with each other instantaneously !! Even though they are zillions of miles apart !!..what's that all about then ?

How can they communicate faster than light ? and what is it that is linking them together ?

If couriers employed this into their delivery process we'd all be very happy !

Physics, Astronomy & Cosmology / Is clockwise the predominant direction for solar systems and galaxies ?
« on: 09/08/2021 18:37:33 »
Dearest People Who Know Stuff,

As a Sheepy i of course know sod-all about solar systems.....I mean, I know my neighbour has an array of solar system panels on his roof which I covered in black paint as a kind gesture.....(hmmm...he still needs to thank me !!)

Take a look at OUR solar system which is drawn to scale and very accurate in every way !

Our Solar System Which Is Drawn To scale And Accurate In Every way Just Moments Ago

Is it the norm for our solar system to spin clockwise ? The planets do (well maybe not Uranus). Do other solar systems spin clockwise ? The Galaxy ? Other galaxies ? Does the Universe spin ? and if it does........clockwise ?

Is left to right predominant ? even clocks tick that way don't they ? Who decided that clocks should function left to right ?

Is left to right considered the norm ?
Do we know or are we torn ?

Physiology & Medicine / What Do Your Thoughts Sound Like ?
« on: 08/08/2021 15:18:26 »
Dearest Thoughtologists and all people who think,

As a sheepy I like to ponder the nature of the universe and am always wondering if the grass really is greener in the next field.

Take a look at Cecilia Thrombosis The 3rd.

Cecilia Thrombosis the 3rd trying her best just moments ago !!

Someone made the mistake of asking her a kweschun and now they have to wait quite some time, after all,............recalling your surname is taxing for Cecilia !!

So, as i type this I'm citing it in my head and I can't quite make out if my brain is attributing a sound to this imaginary voice or not. whajafink ?

Do Your Thoughts Have A "voice" ?

General Science / Why Do Toe Nails Zoom Off When Being Cut ?
« on: 07/08/2021 16:26:23 »
Dearest People With degrees in Keratinology,

Take a look at Karen-Tin Cressida The 3rd attempting to cut her toenails.

Awww bless her as she attempts to cut her toenails just moments ago !

Karen is a girly and when I asked why she cut her nails like this she just giggled and looked shy.

At least she is wearing the appropriate PPE !

Why is that toenails zoom off like a ricocheting bullet ?  what is the mechanism that propels them with more force than a clay pigeon thrower ? can one predict the direction the nail will go ?

If ewe could assist me as I have a lecture to give at the annual Toe Nail Cutting Symposium next Tuesday.

Thank ewe

hugs

If I felt i needn't have to run
The repercussion of a toe nail attack

General Science / Which direction does all the space junk and satellites travel ?
« on: 05/08/2021 19:17:18 »
Dearest Satellieologists,

As a sheepy I of course care for the environment and like to do my bit.

Someone told me there's a bunch of stuff in orbit and that most of it is rubbish ! That's very careless, I recycle when I can by putting into the appropriate receptacle. I don't blast it into orbit.

To this end, I am currently in orbit trying to clear the mess up.

Bona-fide non doctored image of me currently clearing all the rubbish just moments ago !!

There's a lot of stuff up here and I may have to return to take another breath.

How Much Useless Stuff Is Up here  ? what does it all weigh ? and What Direction is it Travelling ?  Does it all travel the same direction ? North to South, East To West ? a variety of directions ?

Dearest Ben-Franklin-Lightningologists,

Take a look at these two piccys of lightning.

Two lightning bolts being all snazzy and electrifying just moments ago

Apparently , horizontal lightning is far more powerful than Vertical lightning , Why's that then ?

What makes Horizontal lightning so full of bravado that it simply has to be more powerful than vertical ?

Physiology & Medicine / How Do Accents Form ?
« on: 04/08/2021 15:07:11 »
Dearest Linguistologists,

As a sheepy I of course know all there is to know about being a cunning linguist.

Accents eh ? Aren't they just great?  Here in the UK we are a small little island and yet our accents are far and wide in number, internation and mode of pronunciation.

Some are so strong that I can't understand them.

What are the factors that shape the sound of an accent ?

Do you know ? I don't . help me to know please.

Arbuthnot just moments ago with tears in his eyes

He just winced in whined and moaned in the chair
I had tied him to it so no luck there[

Physics, Astronomy & Cosmology / What Propels Light ?
« on: 02/08/2021 12:44:37 »
Dearest Lightologists,

As a sheepy I am of course extremely fast and I can propel myself in  a variety of ways. I can EWEs my legs, I can back myself into a corner and do a "bottom burp" ! so, this got me thinking....what makes light or any other type or radiation type stuff move ? What propels it and how does it know what direction to go ?

Like, how does light on the right hand side of a flame know to go one way and light on the other side know to go the other way ? what actually makes it move and one final kweschun, does it start off slow and then accelerate to C ?

ewe see, I don't know, but ewe telling me will help me know and I will then know !!

yayyyy...i will know stuff soon !!

Physics, Astronomy & Cosmology / How would it be if I stretched my arms out in a metre wide Universe ?
« on: 02/08/2021 12:24:33 »
Dearest Peeps Of All Knowledge,

As a sheepy I of course am able to travel in time.

So, next Tuesday I'm planning to go back in history to when the Universe was about one metre old. When I arrive i will be a smug sheepy and very proud of myself and will kick back and chill for a bit. Say,I want to stretch and jump for joy ? will i be able to knowing that my stretched out limbs will be larger than the universe ?

If ewe could le me know please as I need to leave a not for the milkman to not deliver that day.

Some may say this will be impossible  because it might be quite warm but not to worry i will be wearing sun block.

So, can I stretch in a metre long Universe knowing that my stretch is wider  ?

Thank ewe for your kind consideration in this matter.

If I have time i will bring back a pressy as I am sure there will be a nice souvenir shop.

« on: 03/08/2020 15:26:09 »
Dearest Albinologists,

Take a look at Arbuthnot the albino giraffe ?

ARBUTHNOT LITERALLY JUST MOMENTS AGO !

Are albino animals generally accepted by the family members/flock/herd ? etc etc........additionally, why is there a propensity of deafness amongst Albinos ?
