I think that Dejavu could be a remembrance from your dreams. I think that dreams could be the source of the dejavus that people experience during their lives. But I don't understand how your dreams could link to the future, the subconscious mind is very interesting. I also have one question, is there any scientifically proven data for Dejavus occuring, or is it just you mind?

In my Yr 12 Psychology text book, Deja vu is theorized to occur when information is incorrectly or unsuccessfully completely processed by memory the first time, and is then reprocessed properly. This causes the individual to feel as though they had the same experience at a previous time.
I'll post the quote from the text tomorrow night.

i think that (this may be out there but i think it is possible) we only use 12 percent of our brains but if we are sleeping for a brief second we may unlock our brains full potential which may be making a prediction on what is going to happen in the future due to things which happened that day or farther back in your subconscious mind

Oh, that is very interesting theory, maybe. But I doubt that we would use 100% of our brain, 70% makes a lot more sense, but i'm liking it

we all use 100% of our brain, but at different times and for different functions. Otherwise it would be a waste of energy having such a large brain. The human brain is 2% of your body weight and uses 20% of the body's energy, there are people that do use 100% of the brain at a single time...they are having a fit.

Deja vu is the memory of things that haven't happened yet.

Well if they did, wouldn't that prove that fate exists? Which would make it a spritual question.
You could try to remember and record your dreams. Then after a deja vu, go back through the recordings to see if any relate, but there is big room for error in that experiment.
I hope it is true, I had great dream the other day, [:)] not saying anymore [;)].
