Title: Why does it hurt when you DON'T sneeze ?

OUCH !!!

You know when you go to sneeze and you don't....sometimes I get the most awful pain in my nasal cavity when this happens ......anybody else experience this ?.......and do you know why ?....i feel it's a strain of some sort but clarification would be nice.
