Here's a link to the transcript of the Simon Baron-Cohen interview from earlier this year.
All of the shows from the last series and the present series are now available as transcripts (thanks largely to our producer Anna Lacey).

Just a little point on the transcript (apart from the odd spelling mistake, which I won't even mention. Ooops, I have. Sorry).
There's a question from Alex about how many cells are in the brain. The reply quote:
We think it's the old fashioned billion (1012), which is a lot
is a bit misleading. Shouldn't that be 10^12 rather than 1012?
