Did you not do one of those .......take a piccy...move a bit .....then take another ..then move a bit and then join them all together type things ?

FANTASTIC PICTURES !!...I can well imagine that the pictures do nOT do it justice as it looks so impressive Karen....AMAZING !!!!!!

The third one from the bottom was taken from between the slates from the ground where my rather uncooperative self sat down... for the umpteenth time climbing up the slope to the rim.. it was only about two and 1/2 to 300 ft to the top, but I had to take it in about ten ft section stopping to feel crudy..LOL I think I was having some trouble with the air, I believe it was pretty thin... we were very high!Anyway, when I took the picture it made us look almost level with the water.

We were way way way above the water. The edge of the rim is actually what you see. I cannot get that close to the edge.. I have a bit of a problem with it. so I remained back behind the fence like a good tourist! There was some man drug his little boy to the edge kicking and screaming cause he was scared.. I wanted to clobber him!

I did not think about that Neily, but the 7th from the bottom is from across the lake opposite side of where I was before. The lake is 33 miles around and takes approximately three hours to get around because of the road.. We made it half way and to a gift shop and had to go!! Was out of time and me was very tired! It was excellent.. I loved seeing it!
