What catalysts can reduce NO2 or NO to N2 and O2?
If you can sort them by potency would be better.

I don't want to need a reducing agent.

I want it to work like 2NO2 -> N2 + 2O2 or 2NO -> N2 + O2 etc.

Any conditions would do.

Those reactions are not energetically favoured- they won't happen. A catalyst will not help that.

Decomposition of both NO and NO₂ have ΔH <0 and ΔS >0, so decomposition is thermodynamically favored, but kinetically slow--so a catalyst will help.

Catalytic converters in cars use a combination of platinum, palladium and rhodium for this purpose.

Sorry, I forgot to say that, in the presence of water- which is usually the case in exhaust streams etc- the reaction to produce HNO3 is favoured.

If you want people to contribute to your threads, you need to figure out how to interact with other members in ways that make them want to contribute.

You seem to already have a very specific idea of what you want to talk about, but then just ask a general question. Then when someone addresses the general question, you appear to get offended that the specific case you have in mind but didn't mention wasn't addressed.

You also clearly have a desire to learn--that's good--but in many cases it appears that you are unwilling to put in the work to understand, and just ask others to find resources, read them and interpret them for you. This becomes very tiresome very quickly.

Sorry, but I need comprehensive answers to my questions. When I ask about catalysts that can decompose NOx, replying with Platinum or Palladium is not a comprehensive answer. I am not sure how you want me to word the question
