Does the human body have its own physics laws that governed by different laws and explains different phenomena of the body and theses laws connected to each other in a way that the body has its own physics? The eye , nerves, the brain , cells, etc.
-
In a word: NO.
-
Some phenomena are explained by the physics laws and chemistry , vibration of eardrums, eye lenses ..
But what about ?
Nerves signal, perhaps some kind of body electricity.
Body muscles and how they work . body energy connected with muscles.
mechanism of cell division.

It is true that animals are very complicated compared with man-made machines, but there is no evidence that the underlying physics and chemistry of any aspect of anatomy or physiology is unique to humans, nor even to animals in general.
Philosophical and religious beliefs that "life is different" or "humans are special" are based on ignorance, not knowledge.

Why does some physical laws related our body differ ?

There is no evidence in that thread that the laws of nature are different for the human body than they are for the rest of the Universe.
That point was made very clear in that thread.
Why are you posting this question, to which you know the answer? Some phenomena are explained by the physics laws and chemistry , vibration of eardrums, eye lenses ..

Nerves signal, perhaps some kind of body electricity.
Body muscles and how they work . body energy connected with muscles.
mechanism of cell division.
Those are explained, it's just that you didn't bother to study hard enough before making that vacuous claim.
Why would you do that?

Why does some physical laws related our body differ ?
They don't.
-
No; the laws of physics are not being re-written in the average human. (Although many overweight people claim that they are when challenged about a mysteriously low self-reported calorie intake...)

Can we build a biological cell ? can we build real biological skin?
Why we can't by any means compose elements to build any cell?
Our body with all its components exists, something exists must be made , why we can't build and explain how the body made? then we don't now the process of building it , and we don't know the laws behind that , right?

Can we build a biological cell ? can we build real biological skin?
Why we can't by any means compose elements to build any cell?
Because it's too complicated for us to replicate with current technology.
and we don't know the laws behind that , right?
Wrong.

Why we can't by any means compose elements to build any cell?
We can.
You need to stop assuming that everybody else is as incompetent as you are,
Just because you don't know something doesn't man that nobody knows it.

As with rockets and bridges, there's a huge gap between knowing (physics) and doing (engineering). In the case of living cells, the entire planet worked for about 1,000,000,000 years to produce the first one, entirely by accident, and didn't leave any notes as to how it was done. It will be a supreme (if pointless) triumph of human intellect and ingenuity to make another, and whoever does it will almost certainly be accused of "playing god" and crucified for it.
